Bainbridge Island is small and sleepy but situated in-between Seattle and the Olympic Mountains. For those new to the North West, it's a perfect jumping off point for either stunning outdoor adventures or delicious city escapades.

In the heart of Bainbridge is a beautiful old growth forest with nice trails for walks or hikes! A perfect way to get out of the sun but get outside.

Our one request whenever we are on Bainbridge is to visit this tiny little food stand and get the curry chicken or pepper steak and rice. We are definitely not vegans but if we had Emmy's nearby we could attempt it!

Last time we were on Bainbridge we saw an osprey here from the walking trail. Definitely a great spot to check out the harbor and the old historic Port Blakely Mill building.

For those staying on the north end of the Island this is a great spot to hit up the beach (it's rocky) and walk along the water.

140 acres of beautiful gardens and conservation land.

Bloedel Reserve

Zach's parents' favorite spot to walk to from their house. Ring the prayer wheel for good luck!
