*** Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Please note that transportation will not be provided from the hotel to the venue. Due to limited parking availability, we kindly encourage guests to carpool or use ride-sharing services such as Uber or Lyft. Complimentary shuttles will be available to transport guests from the parking lot to the ceremony site. Shuttle service will begin at 2:30 PM, and we kindly ask that everyone arrives around that time to ensure a smooth and timely transition to the ceremony area. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM, and we want all guests to be comfortably seated by then. Please be aware that the driveway from the parking lot to the ceremony site is a steep gravel road and is not suitable for walking—guests will need to take the shuttle. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated and will help us start the celebration on time. Thank you!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional guests have the choice of dressing in either formal black tie attire or a slightly less formal option while still maintaining an elegant and sophisticated look. For women, this typically includes evening gowns, formal cocktail dresses, or a stylish dressy ensemble. We ask that dresses either be floor length of midi style! For men, a tuxedo is the traditional choice, but a dark suit and tie is also perfectly acceptable.

Will there be parking available?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at the venue. We also encourage carpooling or using ride-sharing services as the venue has limited parking spaces.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would love to celebrate with you and your loved ones! However, due to venue restrictions, we can only accommodate guests on the invitation list. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love children, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only event other than children that are our direct family members. Thank you for your understanding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies for health reasons that we should be aware of. We’re specifically asking about medical restrictions, rather than dietary preferences or choices, to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are currently in process of finalizing a timeline for the wedding day. We will be asking the guest arrive 30 minutes before ceremony time! Check back for updates
