How do I get to the hotel?
Answer
Exit from I-87 at Exit 19. Enter traffic circle and exit onto Washington Avenue. The Best Wester Plus Kingston are on the right shortly after the first traffic light!

Will there be transportation?
Answer
Yes! If you are staying at the Best Western in Kingston, there will be a shuttle from the hotel to The Amsterdam and back. But you are also more than welcome to drive and there is plenty of free street parking. If you miss the shuttle or prefer to not be on a schedule, uber and lyft are available in the area! The Amsterdam is a short 15 minute drive from the hotel.

What is the attire?
Answer
There is no strict dress code. We ask our guests to dress in cocktail attire and/or business casual but just look your best and be comfortable - we care far more about you being there than what you are wearing. The wedding will be partially outside and have both indoor/outdoor seating for dinner. While May is usually warm, temperatures can drop after sunset and the outside area may be a bit cooler.

Is the hotel pet friendly?
Answer
Yes! The Best Western is a pet friendly hotel! We have stayed there with Dottie. We also know that the Beekman Hotel has some pet friendly room options as well!

What time is the shuttle from the hotel leaving?
Answer
There will be two shuttles to and from the wedding. The shuttles will leave the Best Western at 4:20 and 5:00. The shuttles at the end of the night will leave The Amsterdam at 10:15 and 11:00. The shuttle is just an option, you are more then welcome to drive or take a car service if that is more convenient for you!

The ceremony will begin at 5:30. Guests may start arriving around 5:00!
