FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is September 30th, 2025, to ensure we provide an accurate headcount for our vendors. If you are unable to make it, please let us know at your earliest opportunity. If we do not receive an RSVP by 09/30, we will assume you are unable to make it and will miss you!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, the invitation will be specifically addressed to you and your guest.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we are unable to accommodate children due to limited venue space. Please contact Brianna or Zachary if you have concerns.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal. We encourage knee-length, midi, or floor length dresses for ladies and suits or tuxes for gentleman. Fall colors and textures are strongly encouraged! Please reserve the color white for the bride and avoid brown suits.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will promptly begin at 4 PM EST. Please arrive by 3:30 PM to allow time for parking, signing the guest book, and taking your seat!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that you silence your phones and put all cameras away during the ceremony. We want our family and friends to be present with us in the moment. We have an amazing professional photographer who will be capturing the ceremony for us. We will share the professional gallery with guests once we receive it! After the ceremony wraps up, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has free on-site parking for guests.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The bar will be open for cocktail hour, briefly close during first dances and dinner, and then reopen for the rest of the night. We want our guests to have the best time! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (fingers crossed the sun will be shining). The reception will be indoors. Dance floor will be outside depending on the weather! Please make sure to dress appropriately as it can get chilly on an early November night in the mountains.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be having a buffet with different protein options, including chicken, pork, and vegetarian options. On the RSVP card, please note if you would like meat (chicken and/or pork) or vegetarian options. Our caterer is able to accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please contact Brianna or Zachary directly if you have any specific dietary needs.

Question

Is the wedding venue accessibility friendly?

Answer

Our ceremony space is on a slight incline. Our venue has golf carts which allows staff to bring guests directly to and from ceremony seating.
