What if my plans change last minute due to government guidelines or illness?

Answer

In such uncertain times, please do not feel guilty if your plans change last minute and you are unable to attend! We are able to update our guest count 48 hours prior to the wedding, so PLEASE let us know by reaching out to Audrey or the Mathias family.

Is a mask required?

Answer

In light of COVID, we are working to keep our guests safe by moving a majority of the ceremony and reception outside. The reception dinner will be inside, so we require all guests to wear a mask inside Willow Oaks Country Club.

Please plan to arrive at 3:45 PM to find your assigned seat.

Will transportation be provided from hotel to Willow Oaks?

Yes, a trolley is available from Linden Row Inn to Willow Oaks Country Club. Last trolley is at 3:45 PM

What can I expect with parking?

Answer

Please follow the signs and park on the right side of the Willow Oaks Country Club lot. You are allowed to leave your car in the parking lot over night.

If you have a food allergy, please specify on the RSVP card.

Is there a dress code?

Please plan to wear semi-formal / formal attire to the wedding ceremony and reception.
