Once upon a swipe, we found each other. The first time meeting, I was coming back to my apartment from work, and he was actually already there chatting with my friends. We were all getting ready to go out for the evening, and I am remember asking a good friend, "Is he my future husband?". What do you know, he is! We hung out and dated for a couple months and Zach needed a wedding date. While introducing me to the newlyweds, they ask, "And who is this..?". Without hesitation, Zach proudly states, "this is my girlfriend, Andrea". Even though I didn't know it, this was the beginning to our forever.
On our first big vacation together, we traveled to North Myrtle beach with my dad and brother for a family vacation. On the third or fourth day, it was a beautiful sunny day. We had a wonderful beach day and a relaxing afternoon. Everyone was being extremely nice to me and asking me exactly what I wanted to do for the evening, which is odd because we normally vote on dinner ideas while on vacation. I OBVIOUSLY suggested my favorite restaurant, Hurricane Juel's right on the intercoastal waterway. Before heading out to dinner, Zach asked me if I wanted to take a quick walk on the beach. I rejected and stated I just lotioned my legs, so lets just go tomorrow. He insisted, "Babe, lets go for a walk on the beach." I replied, "No babe, my dad and brother are coming down, we have to go to dinner". He quickly gave me a look, and I KNEW I had to go for this walk on the beach. So we head down the sand dunes to the beach. I stop mid-way and look at the ocean, and I turn around to ask Zach if he was coming...there he was. On one knee. With the biggest smile on his face. I instantly began jumping around and laugh/crying with so much excitement. After he asked the famous question, "will you marry me?" a lady came up to us to congratulate the both of us and after, I dismissed her. Little did I know, Zach hired her as the photographer to capture the special moments we just experienced. The photos she took, are photos we will cherish the rest of our lives.
