Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code for our wedding is Black Tie (black tuxedos for men and formal dresses for women).

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and after party will all be taking place at The Liberty Warehouse. We recommend for women to bring a light jacket or shawl.

What time should guests arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at The Liberty Warehouse at 6:00 PM.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are thrilled for you to join us on our special day and kindly request guests stow away phones. We've hired a team of incredible photographers and videographers and will share photos after the wedding.

What will you do with the flowers after the wedding?

Answer

We're excited to share that we will be donating all flowers to the Ronald McDonald House on East 73rd Street right after the wedding.

I have a food allergy or restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we kindly ask that you share your request with your server at the reception. We are providing customizable options for vegetarians, vegans and will accommodate any specific food allergies.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We know that 2022 is an incredibly busy year and we are grateful for your attendance on November 12th! We will be hosting an after party at Liberty Warehouse after the wedding and hotel guests are welcome to attend brunch on Sunday morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to The Liberty Warehouse?

Answer

The Liberty Warehouse is a quick car ride from both the Conrad NY Downtown and 1 Hotel. We recommend guests use a ride sharing app, such as Uber or Lyft, or a taxi. For those driving to the venue, we will be providing valet parking.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love each of your families very much, our wedding is going to be a 21+ adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What health and safety measures will you be taking?

Answer

To ensure the health, safety, and comfort of all wedding guests, we are requiring that you provide us with a vaccine record and a negative COVID test to peikonandsolomon@gmail.com. Please provide the below by Friday, November 11th at 11 PM ET: Negative COVID-19 Test Results: Either a PCR test from a Pharmacy or Testing Facility taken within 72 hours of the wedding OR a Rapid test taken Friday, November 11th
