What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the venue by 4:30 PM, which is 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will give you plenty of time to park, find your seat, and enjoy a welcome drink as you settle in. We’ll have refreshments waiting to help kick off the celebration!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Free parking is available on site, so feel free to drive yourself if that’s easiest for you. Please be aware that our venue does not allow vehicles to be left on the property overnight.

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly invite our guests to dress in cocktail attire for our wedding celebration. Think cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, suits, sport coats, dress shirts, and other polished semi-formal attire. To help maintain the atmosphere of the event, we ask that guests please refrain from wearing jeans. Please also note that the cocktail hour will take place on a lawn area. If you plan to wear heels, we recommend block heels, wedges, or other footwear that is comfortable on grass. Your shoes—and your ankles—will thank you!

What are my transportation options to the venue?

Answer

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided on the wedding day between our hotel block at the Lodge at Montgomery Bell and the venue. Guests may also choose to drive and park at the venue; however, vehicles may not be left overnight. Please note that rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are not reliably available in the Dickson area. For guests planning to enjoy alcoholic beverages and who do not have a designated driver, we strongly encourage use of the shuttle service.

What are the shuttle pick-up and drop-off times?

Answer

For guests staying at Montgomery Bell Lodge, complimentary shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the ceremony and reception at Firefly Lane Chapel. Departure to the ceremony: The shuttle will arive at Montgomery Bell Lodge at 3:45 PM and depart promptly at 4:00 PM to travel to Firefly Lane Chapel. Please plan to be ready a few minutes early, as the ride is approximately 25 minutes. Return transportation: Two return shuttles will be available from Firefly Lane Chapel back to Montgomery Bell Lodge: • 8:30 PM • 10:00 PM (at the conclusion of the reception) We encourage guests to plan accordingly and be on time for departure, as the shuttle will make one scheduled pick-up and two scheduled returns.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Montgomery Bell Lodge with a special discounted rate. Both hotel rooms and cabins are available, so you can choose what suits you best. You’ll find all the booking details under the Travel tab on our website.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 15 so we have plenty of time to finalize details with our vendors. You can easily RSVP right here on our wedding website—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we are keeping the celebration adults-only, with the exception of immediate family. We hope you enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will appear on your RSVP. Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests listed on the invitation — thank you for understanding!
