When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by June 15 so we have plenty of time to finalize details with our vendors. You can easily RSVP right here on our wedding website—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We recommend arriving at the venue by 4:30 PM, which is 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will give you plenty of time to park, find your seat, and enjoy a welcome drink as you settle in. We’ll have refreshments waiting to help kick off the celebration!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Montgomery Bell Lodge with a special discounted rate. Both hotel rooms and cabins are available, so you can choose what suits you best. You’ll find all the booking details under the Travel tab on our website.

What are my transportation options to the venue?
Answer
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided on the wedding day between our hotel block at the Lodge at Montgomery Bell and the venue. Guests may also choose to drive and park at the venue; however, vehicles may not be left overnight. Please note that rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are not reliably available in the Dickson area. For guests planning to enjoy alcoholic beverages and who do not have a designated driver, we strongly encourage use of the shuttle service. Shuttle pick-up and drop-off times will be shared once final details are confirmed.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! Free parking is available on site, so feel free to drive yourself if that’s easiest for you. Please be aware that our venue does not allow vehicles to be left on the property overnight.

Yes—we’ve made things easy by listing all of our registry items under the Registry tab on this website. You can have gifts shipped directly to us or to yourself, whichever you prefer. We’re so grateful for your kindness and generosity.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We love your little ones, but we are keeping the celebration adults-only, with the exception of immediate family. We hope you enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!

Can I bring a guest?

If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will appear on your RSVP. Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests listed on the invitation — thank you for understanding!

What's the best way to get to the venue?
Answer
If you’re flying in, the closest airport is Nashville International Airport (BNA), about an hour away from our venue. You can grab an Uber or Lyft to Dickson, but rideshares are not available locally for your trip back. If you’ll need a return ride, we highly recommend renting a car, scheduling a rideshare ahead of time, or arranging a carpool with friends or family.
