Cowboy Cocktail Western charm with a dressy twist! Think cocktail dresses or dress shirts with boots, denim, or a hint of fringe. Cowboy hats and bolo ties welcome—polished, but with personality. Please note, flip-flops are not allowed—we want everyone to feel comfortable, but still put together for the occasion! It's all about embracing that effortless California charm with a touch of cowboy style!
Our wedding will be held entirely outdoors, so you can enjoy the beautiful open-air setting throughout the day. The weather will be warm during the day and cooler in the evening, so we recommend bringing a jacket or light sweater to stay comfortable as the temperature drops later on.
In late September, Temecula, California, typically experiences warm, sunny days and cooler evenings. During the day, temperatures range from the mid-80s to low 90s°F with plenty of sunshine. As the sun sets, temperatures can drop to around the 60s°F, making evenings more comfortable and cool. To ensure you stay cozy during the evening, the venue will provide fire pits and heaters, so you can enjoy the night comfortably as the temperature drops.
Please plan to arrive no earlier than 3:15 PM and no later than 3:45 PM. We’ll be offering pre-ceremony drinks to enjoy as you mingle. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, there will be a designated grass area up above the ceremony where you can stand and watch the ceremony. A few rocking chairs will be available in this area, and these will be reserved for our grandparents to enjoy. We want everyone to be part of the special moment, so please plan accordingly.
Parking will be available in a dirt lot as you enter the venue. We kindly ask that you leave the front row parking for those needing assistance. For your convenience, the venue will also be providing golf cart rides to and from the parking area, so you won’t have to worry about the short walk to the celebration.
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a Plus 1, they will appear on your invite and RSVP.
To ensure our wedding is a special, intimate occasion, we kindly request that no children attend. We hope this allows you to enjoy the evening as a relaxing and fun date night. Take the opportunity to unwind, celebrate, and enjoy the festivities without any distractions. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.
There will be a hosted bar available throughout the event, so feel free to enjoy your favorite drink! While the bar is hosted, cash tips for the bartenders are encouraged and greatly appreciated to show your gratitude for their excellent service. Please be sure to plan accordingly for transportation to and from the venue if you are not staying at Pechanga Resort. Whether you’re driving, using a ride-sharing service, or staying nearby, we want everyone to get home safely and comfortably after the celebration.
For cocktail hour, we’ll be serving a delicious charcuterie spread, featuring a variety of meats, fruits, bread, and cheeses—the perfect way to kick off the evening. When it’s time for dinner, get ready for a fun and tasty meal of fresh, flavorful tacos! It will be a laid-back, delicious dining experience with something for everyone to enjoy.
If you did not RSVP by the specified date, we will assume you are unable to attend and, unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you at the event. We have to finalize all arrangements based on the number of confirmed guests, so we kindly ask that you respect the RSVP timeline.
We’ll be hosting a welcome party to kick off the celebration after rehearsal at Pechanga Resort for those who can join. The welcome party will be held outside on the East Plaza patio and feature heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks. This will be a special time for those traveling from afar and our friends and family to gather and enjoy each other’s company before the big day. We look forward to welcoming everyone for the weekend and the wedding!
Feel free to wear black to the wedding—it's absolutely fine! We want everyone to feel comfortable and stylish, and black is always a classic, elegant choice.
