We kindly ask that you RSVP by September 1st so we are able to finalize our head count for vendors.
Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes early so you can grab a seat and enjoy a beverage before the ceremony begins at 1 PM. Guests arriving after 1 PM will be asked to wait on the cocktail hour terrace until the ceremony concludes.
Attire is cocktail meets Sunday best. Think soft florals, warm seasonal tones, and polished brunch-inspired looks. Dressy but not overly formal—and most importantly, wear something you feel comfortable and confident in!
At this time, due to limited capacity, we are not able to accommodate additional plus ones. Any guests who are invited with a plus one will have them explicitly listed on their invitation.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the venue. As you enter the gates, you’ll see the ceremony site. When you reach the front of the venue, feel free to drop off guests at the circle drive, then continue to the parking lot on the south side. Signs will be posted to guide you.
Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors—the cocktail hour terrace is covered for comfort. Afterward, the indoor reception space will open with a few events, but we’ll continue roaming and mingling to keep the celebration relaxed and cocktail-style rather than formal.
Yes! The bar will open 20 minutes before the ceremony to hand out champagne. After the ceremony, we’ll have cocktail hour with lite bites and a full open bar, followed by a larger meal during the reception. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please reach out to us directly so we are able to accomodate.
