What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal dress code, please. No need for men to wear a tuxedo, but please try your best to wear formal wear.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

No! You will be picked up via shuttle bus at Hood River Alliance Church promptly at 3:00 PM, with a 3:30 departure. You may park your car there, but it must be picked up by that evening when the shuttle bus drops you off around 10:30. No overnight parking is allowed! Please be on time as shuttle buses will not be waiting for anyone to ensure a timely start to the wedding. If you require parking accommodations at the venue, please reach out to us ASAP as there is very limited parking available. 2650 Montello Ave, Hood River, OR 97031

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

We recommend renting a car for flexibility as there are no Ubers in Hood River and taxis may be limited.

Can I bring an extra guest?

Answer

If you have not RSVP'd with a guest, then no. We are so sorry for any inconvenience.

I have a dietary restriction what should I do?

Answer

Please let Pam or Zach know ASAP; we have tried our best to accommodate all dietary restrictions. Dinner and dessert will include vegan and gluten-free options. We will also have non-alcoholic options for those who do not drink.

Should I avoid wearing anything specific?

We kindly ask that ladies refrain from wearing white dresses and that men refrain from wearing jeans! Thank you!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We ask that you refrain from taking photos and videos of the ceremony. We will be happy to share media from our hired professionals once available. Thank you.
