How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please use the RSVP tab located at the top of this page to let us know you're coming, include any plus-one information, and select your dinner/dietary preferences. Please RSVP by July 1st. **UPDATE - 07/15/25** The RSVP link has expired. We totally understand life gets busy -- but we had to finalize our guest count and vendors after the deadline passed. We'll absolutely miss having you there, but we hope to celebrate with you another time!

To ensure an intimate & enjoyable experience for all, our ceremony & reception will be adults-only. We hope this provides parents with a well-deserved weekend getaway to relax & enjoy the celebration.

What Should I Wear?

Napa in September is warm during the day but can get cool at night, so we recommend layers or a light jacket for evening events. See event specific dress code below. - WELCOME RECEPTION - Dress Code: Casual (socks required for bowling) - CEREMONY & RECEPTION - Dress Code: Black Tie Garden Party Tuxes, dark suits, long dresses, & gowns are all appropriate. - SUNDAY BRUNCH - Dress Code: Casual - ADDITIONAL INFO - Additional Info & Inspiration can be found on the Dress Code tab of our website.

IS THERE A SHUTTLE SERVICE?

Answer

- TO THE VENUE - Shuttles to the wedding venue will be provided from The Meritage Resort and the Napa Valley Marriott. Pickup from these locations will be between 4:30-5:00 PM. - FROM THE VENUE - Transportation back to The Meritage Resort and Napa Valley Marriott will be provided throughout the night with final shuttle service starting at 11:00 PM. - ADDITIONAL OPTIONS - Guests not staying at The Meritage or Napa Valley Marriott are welcome to use the shuttles as well. For those not planning on taking the shuttles or driving, ride services such as Uber and Lyft are widely available in the area.
