4.26.2015 Yankee Stadium. New York. With separate friends who offered extra tickets to the Subway Series both chose to attend. We each found our way to the concession stand resulting in the most unlikely of events. It was two words "You're beautiful". Maybe it was the liquid courage or the outspokenness of his personality, but in that moment I laughed and handed over my number for a future dinner and drink. Little did I know this meet-cute would result in a life filled with adventure and love.

11.11.2017 The Highline. New York. A walk along the infamous New York City Highline turned into a question that would forever change our lives. Kneeling on one knee under the lights and foliage, Zach asked me to marry him. It was simple, intimate and absolutely perfect. After happy tears, a Yes!, and squeals of delight we made our way to the The Standard Biergarten. Unbeknownst to me, I was about to walk into what would be another one of Zach's well executed surprises. As I walked into the Biergarten an eruption of cheers and "she said yes!" begun. Sure enough Zach had gathered our friends and family to surprise me and join us in a night of celebration. We toasted, laughed and told stories. That evening turned into a celebration of love and support that both Zach and myself will never forget.
