Our journey together began with several casual encounters in high school, but it wasn't until January 2020 that we truly connected. We found ourselves in the same college class, where we officially introduced ourselves. After that, we exchanged numbers—Andrea offered to help Zaccheus with homework, which sparked the beginning of a lasting friendship. We quickly found ourselves chatting about everything under the sun, and before long, we were hanging out after every class. Then, one day, Zaccheus sent Andrea a text in the middle of class, asking her out with his favorite ghost emoji. He didn’t expect a response, but to his delight, Andrea said yes! To impress her, Zaccheus would play the piano and tell her quirky jokes, hoping to win her over. Before the world shut down in March 2020, including our school's prom, we had our first official date—seeing The Invisible Man and grabbing dinner at Applebee’s. The night went so well that we officially became a couple a week later. As our relationship blossomed, we continued to support one another through all the highs and lows, learning about each other's values, interests, and dreams. From graduating and traveling to spiritual growth, we've encouraged each other every step of the way, always with the guidance of God and a shared commitment to grow together. While we had casually talked about marriage, the conversation became much more real during a walk at a nature reserve last year. That was when we both realized that our love, aspirations, and ambitions were meant to flourish together. We decided then that we would officially tie the knot, knowing that our journey together was just the beginning.
