Zac moved to Kansas City in the summer of 2022. He asked Hannah on their first date to an interactive Vincent Van Gogh museum where they experienced the beauty of Bedroom in Arles, Wheatfield with Crows, Vase with Fifteen Sunflowers, and their favorite- Starry Night. The night was filled with excitement, laughter, butterflies, and the first feelings of love.

Zac proposed to Hannah while on a picnic by the Erickson Water Garden at the Overland Park Arboretum. The water garden has been important to Hannah and her family her entire life and the beautiful flowers and flowing water were the perfect backdrop for her to say I do!
