Question
How do I RSVP?
Answer
Please select the RSVP tab at the top of the website and fill in your name. Please note you will need to complete this for each person if the invitation is addressed to multiple people.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the final deadline is 1st April 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, unfortunately we will assume you are unable to attend. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, so we hope you understand.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space we can only currently accommodate guests who are listed on the email invitation, however if you would like to bring someone then please let us know and we shall do our best to accommodate once we have a better idea of numbers.

Are children welcome?
Answer
Unfortunately we have decided to keep the day to adults-only in the hope this allows parents to fully relax and celebrate the day with us. Hopefully you will still be able to make it!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we would love for everyone to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the day for us which we can't wait to share with everyone. Outside of the ceremony please take as many photos/videos as you like! We will have QR codes on the tables so you can all upload them into one place for everyone to see.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
There will be an allocation of drinks for everyone (which we promise will be plenty!), which will include champagne, white and red wine. There will also be a 'tipsy truck' with Neck Oil and a Champagne tower in the evening. Non-alcoholic options will also be available. However, if you fancy a cocktail or something else, the Stable Bar will be open for you to purchase drinks.

Is the wedding outside?

The ceremony and reception will be held on-site at Upwaltham Barns which are both indoors. We are hoping for good weather so we can have drinks in the courtyard and garden, but there are contingencies just incase!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Although the ceremony starts at 2pm, we recommend guests get to Upwaltham between 1-1:30pm. The Stable Bar will be open beforehand if you fancy a drink with Zac and the groomsmen.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Please see the Dress Code tab- it is 'English country wedding' so bright colours/pastels, long dresses and suits. Any questions just ask!

Is smoking or vaping allowed at the venue?
Answer
If you are smoking, please make sure it is in one of the designated smoking areas. We kindly request that vaping is also done outside, and that vapes aren't left on the tables (doesn't quite fit the aesthetic in the photos/videos!).

Are you doing a Wedding List?
Answer
Having you there on the day is far more special to us! However, if you would still like to contribute, we have decided to put a link which will go towards our honeymoon fund. What food will there be?
Answer
There will be canopies after the ceremony, followed by a two course meal. Later on in the evening there will also be a cheese/grazing board for everyone to help themselves!
