WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

Our wedding celebration calls for cocktail attire, featuring solid-colored dresses and suits. We're encouraging guests to embrace bright, vibrant colors that reflect our wedding and love story. Please avoid jeans, sweatwear, and any shades of white or ivory.

WHERE IS PARKING?

Answer

Parking for our wedding will be located off-site due to limited venue space. While guests can be dropped off directly at the venue, we've arranged convenient transportation, thanks to generosity of Larry Homsted. A shuttle will provide complimentary rides to and from the venue at scheduled times before and after our celebration, ensuring everyone can easily and comfortably join our special day. Pick-up and drop-off will be at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Augusta, where discounted rooms are also available to book for the duration of your stay.

We are so thankful for our family who are traveling to celebrate with us, and we want to make your trip as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Accommodations for our wedding weekend are available through several convenient options. There are nearby Airbnb properties available. Additionally, we've secured a hotel block at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Augusta, providing discounted rates for our wedding guests. CAN I STAY AT THE CAMP?

While we would love to host everyone at the camp like we have in previous years, overnight accommodations will not be available during our wedding weekend. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to help you find nearby lodging options.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

We warmly welcome plus ones for our wedding celebration. We kindly request that you only bring a partner with whom you are currently in a committed relationship, as we aim to create an intimate and meaningful gathering. When you RSVP, please include your guest's name. If you have any questions or unique circumstances, feel free to reach out to Zac at (918) 244-2224.

WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL?

Yes, we'll be serving wine, beer, and canned seltzers for our guests 21 and older to enjoy throughout the celebration. We welcome and appreciate guests who may want to contribute additional beverages, especially if they have specific drink preferences.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

In the event of rain, we will simply move the ceremony to underneath our event tent where our reception will be. Please bring umbrellas if rain is in the forecast.

CAN GUESTS GO SWIMMING OR FISHING?

Our cherished wedding venue, "The Camp," is a family property by the water with deep sentimental roots. Although summers here are traditionally enjoyed with swimming and fishing, we kindly ask that guests and children refrain from these activities during our wedding celebration. This request is made to ensure everyone's safety and to help us coordinate smoothly with our vendors.
