There are many hotels in the downtown Louisville area if you would like to stay close by! Here are a couple we suggest: Courtyard by Marriott Louisville Downtown 100 S 2nd St, Louisville, KY 40202 Aloft Louisville Downtown, 102 W Main St, Louisville, KY 40202 Omni Louisville Hotel, 400 S 2nd St, Louisville, KY 40202 The Galt House Hotel, 140 N Fourth St, Louisville, KY 40202 ----- Best Western Louisville East 9802 Bunsen Way, Louisville, KY 40299 Not downtown - but more cost friendly! And since you're near the interstate it should only take about 15-20min to get to the Venue!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 4:45pm - the ceremony will start promptly at 5pm (and there's some pleasant entertainment that starts at 4:30pm for you while you wait!)

We will have appetizers, and then a buffet dinner, with cake for dessert!

Do I need a mask?

Answer

No. The city and state have both lifted their indoor mask mandates and are no longer required to be worn during our event, however we welcome and respect any guest's decision to still wear a mask if preferred.
