It was a Wednesday night and I, Kelly, just got home from work to find Brett had set up a scavenger hunt in our condo. He wasn’t home at the time so I figured he was taking Emma for a walk. After a while I started the hunt. Each clue lead me to the next, eventually I found the last clue taped to a candle. It read “There is one last gift, now that you have the candle you need a light! Maybe you can see lights around the fountain in the park. You need to go check it out for one more gift =)” I went out to the park across the street where there is a beautiful fountain (Irvine Park in St Paul, MN). As I approached the fountain, it lit up with lights, Brett was standing there with Emma. And thats where he proposed to me! It was the best night ever!
