The Carrera family comes from West Coast roots: Erick was raised in Los Angeles; Yolanda is a true California native born in San Bernardino. Erick and Yolanda, were high school sweethearts who slowly built a life together, and then started a family of their own. They have 5 children: Ericka, Erick Jr, Robert, Nadine, and Christopher. Ericka is a nurse and has one son named Xavier who was born when Robert was in middle school. Erick Jr. is currently serving in the United States Air Force, when he is home in Las Vegas he bartends at Caesar's Palace. Nadine is currently enrolled in nursing school and works as a receptionist. Christopher, the baby of the Carrera family, is excited to change careers from management to starting a career in Construction. About Robert: Robert was born in Marietta, GA and the family moved to Lawrenceville, GA when he was in elementary school. He graduated from Mountain View High School in 2017. After graduation he started a career in construction, specifically in concrete and then moving to drywall. Robert witnessed an unfortunate accident while on a job site and he knew he wanted to make a change for the better. He wanted to see change in not only the safety of others around him, but also within the safety of the construction industry as a whole. Currently Robert works for Swinerton as a Safety Manager and is managing a project for the Atlanta Airport.
