To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is May 12, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as "no". We need to provide the venue with the total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand. Thank you.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed in the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for your understanding.
Children that have been specifically invited are allowed to attend the wedding. They have been counted in our numbers. UNLESS the child is specifically named and invited, children cannot attend.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, YES! Please feel free to use the unique camera display and take as many photos and videos as you like.
Yes! There will be welcome drinks-both alcoholic and non-alcoholic during the reception. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us.
The wedding is inside. The wedding ceremony is inside the sanctuary of the church. The reception is inside of the Archer Hotel. There is an outside patio area that will have games and things during the cocktail hour and reception, but all of the dancing and fun will mainly be inside.
YES! The dress code is formal black tie attire. We are excited to see everyone (including children) in their "Sunday Best".
YES! There will be a #MeetTheGrants shuttle from and to the ceremony and reception site for all guests that stay at the Archer Hotel.
