We met in high school, where we both unknowingly had crushes on each other and wouldn't for years to come! We went our separate ways for college and then reunited on a ski trip with all of our friends for New Years Eve. I had only a few days until I had to return to Albany as I finished graduate school and Chris made sure to not miss this opportunity! He asked me out and then moved to Albany where we started our careers together.

We were visiting one of my very best friends, who happens to be my Maid of Honor, during Labor Day Weekend in Long Beach, NY. Chris recruited her help and planned a surprise (something he is admittedly not great at). After almost spoiling it the night before, he somehow pulled it off! We were walking on the beach before our dinner reservations when he dropped down on one knee to pop the question. He had a photographer capturing the moment (specifically, all of my happy tears) and some of my best friends there to celebrate.

We are so excited to celebrate with you! We chose this wedding venue because it felt right the moment we walked in. After so many drives to Albany from South Salem, we became somewhat familiar with the scenic route through Saugerties and Woodstock. We fell in love with the small and beautiful upstate New York towns, leading us to Diamond Mills! We are so excited for you to join us as we say "I do".
