Grilled Beef Tender A petite tenderloin, seasoned and seared to perfection, carved and served with a sauce ~ garlic bordelaise Deep South Chicken Hand-breaded fried boneless chicken breast, sliced and dressed with a bourbon-peach butter sauce, garnished with fresh grilled peaches & thyme Baked Salmon (GF) Fresh Atlantic Baked Salmon served with a Champagne sauce, fresh dill & lemon Each plated meal will be served with a southern caesar salad, garlic mashed potatoes, and seasonal grilled vegetables.
