What does an all-inclusive vacation mean?

Answer

An all-inclusive vacation includes your flight, hotel accommodations, meals, drinks, and round-trip transportation between the airport and the hotel. All luggage is included in the price, 1 checked bag at 50lbs total, 1 carry on and 1 personal item per paying passenger, kids and adults included. Any infant will not have a seat or baggage allowance.

What is the price for an all inclusive vacation?

Junior Suite Garden/Lagoon View - $2768 per adult Family Section Junior Suite Beachside - $3198 per adult All kids between ages 2-17 must stay in the Family Section rooms - $988.00 each For solo travelers wishing to stay alone in one room- rates will be higher due to limited room availability. Please contact Kelly for details.

Do I have to pay in full right away?

Answer

No, a $300 non-refundable deposit per person is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward the final cost. The remaining balance is due on December 7th, 2026. The remaining balance can be paid in installments, arranged directly with Kelly.

How do I book?

Answer

To book your vacation, please email our travel agent Kelly Carriere at kcarriere@tpi.ca. She will guide you through the process, confirm your room, and provide details for your deposit and final payment.

When should I book by?

Answer

Please book by April 7th, 2026 to book your spot. We have a limited number of rooms at the resort and seats on the plane are being held, please book early to ensure your spot.

Can I book the resort myself through somewhere else?

Answer

You may be able to book the resort through another provider; however, we won’t be able to accommodate airport transfers.

Is there anything not included?

Answer

Tips are not included. We recommend bringing small bills ($1s and $5s) for bartenders and servers. Optional excursions, spa treatments, or off-resort activities are not included and can be paid for at the hotel using a debit or credit card.

Passport Information

Answer

Please ensure your passport is not expired and is valid for at least six months after your arrival date. This is required for Canadian passport holders entering Mexico.

Travel Insurance

Answer

Insurance will be offered to all guests prior to final payment. Cancellation, interruption, and medical coverage is strongly recommended for travel outside of the country.
