We're getting Married!

Kyler and I met freshman year of high school. We started off as best friends — the kind that were always together. He was always by my side, and even back then, there was something different about us… even if I didn’t fully see it yet. Sophomore year, I moved away, and life pulled us in different directions. We stopped talking for a while. But one day, something in my heart told me to just say hi. So I did. And just like that… it was instant again. We picked up right where we left off. The connection was still there — stronger, even. Not long after we started talking again, he asked me to be his girlfriend. (Yes… there was a little drama involved — he technically had a girlfriend at the time 🙈 — but the truth is, he had always loved me since we first became friends. It just took me a little longer to realize I loved him too.) We did long distance for about a year, choosing each other every single day. Eventually, I moved back to be closer to him, and after high school, we took a leap of faith and moved out together. It was just us and our two dogs, figuring life out side by side. In 2023, we decided we were ready for something bigger — a home of our own. What we didn’t know at the time was that I was already pregnant with our precious first baby girl. Looking back, it truly feels like God’s timing. We were exactly where we needed to be to welcome her comfortably and safely into the world. Later that year, we became parents — and our hearts grew in ways we never imagined. Nine months later (because apparently we don’t do things halfway 😅), we found out we were expecting again. Our second beautiful little girl completed a part of us we didn’t even know was missing. Somewhere in between newborn snuggles, sleepless nights, house plans, and wedding planning… life kept surprising us. Our babies had other plans and decided they wanted to come first — and honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way. Now, after growing up together, choosing each other through distance, building a home, and becoming parents… we’re finally getting to celebrate the beginning we started all those years ago. And this time, we’re doing it with our two little girls by our side 🤍
