We're getting married!

Yvette said “sure” while thinking “damn hes fine”in his KennethCole suit. They chatted & she gave her number. James & Yvette had an immediate attraction. As time went on the calls & visits were here & there. They were both divorced & didnt want anything serious. They remained friends & went different ways. In 2003 Yvette joined James' mortgage firm & worked there for 6 months. Yvette didnt work for James directly but she would see him (they always had a secret connection). Time went on & they both respected each others lives. Yvette moved to Las Vegas in 2005. As years went on they searched for their purpose & destiny. James & Yvette individually experienced ups,downs,& life lessons. Which takes our story to 2020 which was full of challenges. Yvette especially was not looking for a relationship nor was she expecting to reconnect with anyone but on February 19 2020 after spending time in the mountains & seeking God she had a message on her phone to call James. Her first reaction was “hell no” lol. As she sat in her car she heard the Lord say “call him back.” After hearing that in her head a few more times she did just that. Immediately James made her laugh. That first conversation lasted hours. James was in Vegas & wanted to see Yvette. But she was unable to meet so she asked for a rain check & James obliged. He asked Yvette if she could visit him the next week in California. On February 26, 2020 their friendship began again & turned into an amazing companionship. At the time Yvette was not ready for a relationship, but James & his loving ways continued to win her love. After a year of long-distance Yvette realized that although they knew each other for many years, they had both grown so much. She was being introduced to who James had become & during that time she found her true self. This reintroduction of true selves allowed them to love each other unconditionally. The past year James often said that he was going to marry Yvette. And he is doing just that!
