Our wedding is in the Old Town section of Alexandria which has tons of shops, restaurants and historic sights. Also we are just minutes outside of Washington, DC if you want to venture out a bit further! Below are links to a few area attractions:
Old Town Water Taxi

For a small fee, Alexandria offers a water taxi that connects riders to the Georgetown Waterfront in DC or the National Harbor in MD. The water taxi picks up behind the Torpedo Factory Arts Center.
