Nothing fancy, just love.

I had never used a dating app before, but I signed up for a couple and we matched in early 2017. He sent me a simple message wanting to be a friend and I accept his request then I proceeded to completely ignore him for months. He had given up on me, however on New Year’s Eve he contacted me and asked what my plans were for New Year’s and I told him I was home alone. He was trying to be nice and asked if I would go out with him and his friends in the near future - so I agreed. On a Friday night in February we met for the first time at Cafe Four downtown, Knoxville. Later that evening we met with his friends and one of my friends. We ended up at Sapphire in downtown where I kissed him – A LOT. After our first meeting I went home that night and the next day he asked to meet me again, and I agreed. Basically, the same thing happened on our second date. After our second date we didn't speak or text much for about 2 months (which confused him even MORE) until one night he asked me to come to his house and he would cook dinner. I made it almost to his house but ended up sitting at McDonalds in the parking lot for 2 hours thinking tonight is the night I’m going to be murdered and later featured in a show on the ID network. Finally, he called to check on me and I asked him to come to the McDonald to pick me up (and prove he won’t murder me). Eventually we went to his house and from that moment on we have never been separate and I cannot, and I do not want to imagine my life without him.
