Yes! We have a shuttle service that will pick up and drop off guests from Courtyard by Marriott. If you are staying somewhere else, please go to the hotel for pick up OR you may drive to the guest parking lot located at 509 Mill Creek Rd, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863. Please keep in mind, the shuttle will still have to pick you up from the guest lot as there is no parking for guests at the top of the mountain.
The guest parking lot is located at 509 Mill Creek Rd, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863. There is no available parking for guests at the top of the mountain. Our shuttle service will complete pick ups and drop offs from the guest lot in addition to specified hotel accommodations.
While we love your littles, we are limiting our guest list to adults and only children of immediate family. Thank you for understanding!
If you are staying at the Courtyard, please be downstairs and ready to catch the shuttle no later than 3:15pm. If you miss the shuttle, the next best option is to drive to the guest lot located at Smoky Mountain Zipline for a 3:45pm pick up. Please do not miss the shuttle! There is NO guest parking available at the venue.
