We would LOVE for you to stay at camp with us. We have the full camp booked out Friday - Sunday, August 29 - 31. More details below :) Please take us up on this offer, as this is a huge reason we selected our venue!
Think New Hampshire glamping! You should expect to stay in a 4-8 person cabin / room with twin beds. We will only bunk you with people you know well! The younger and more outdoorsy you are, the less likely you are to have attached bathrooms, but we expect everybody to have power and not need to share a bunk bed. If you're cabin does not have a bathroom, a bathroom will be in close proximity. All bathrooms and showers have running water/hot water. WiFi exists in a central building, but is not prevalent. Cabins are insulated, but not heated, which is generally not an issue this time of year in New England. There is parking on-site. For a 360° virtual tour of the whole camp, visit: http://windsormountain.org/our-virtual-tour/ Click on the Accommodations tab to see the bunk descriptions or the Photos tab to see some pictures of the camp/bunks.
The camp is BYOB. Alcoholic beverages will be provided for guests Friday and Saturday night. Feel free to bring your favorite beverages for daytime activities, and for the evening if you’re feeling particular (we recommend no glass please - safety first!). Water and coffee will flow freely throughout the weekend. Consider bringing a reusable water bottle, or Brian's heart will shatter (which isn't quite ideal for his wedding weekend).
Camp will be providing delicious meals throughout the weekend! We will provide dinner on Friday, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, reception dinner on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. The camp is able to cater to dietary needs and we will ask attendees to provide these details in the official wedding RSVP.
Sure! We welcome you and your little ones, but please keep in mind the weekend will be catered towards adults. The camp does have a very limited number of babysitters that can be hired on a per hour fee for the reception. Please reach out to Brian and Angelique if you would like to learn more about babysitting options.
Unfortunately, no. There are goats, sheep, and even a miniature horse on-site though!
At the wedding: Wear what makes you feel beautiful! Something fun in your closet that you haven't had the opportunity to wear? YES! Polo? Go for it. Suit or a cocktail dress? Love it. A summer dress? Absolutely. Jeans? No thank you. White or white adjacent? No thank you, kindly. The rest of the weekend: There is no dress code for the rest of the weekend! Feel free to wear shorts, t-shirts, leggings, etc. Just come ready to have fun. P.S. Please reconsider stilettos, you’ll be digging them out of the dirt. This is a summer camp! P.P.S. bug spray is the perfume of the weekend.
The wedding will be at Windsor Mountain Summer Camp. Please see here for their website: https://windsormountain.org/
