Where Should I Park?

Answer

There is street parking available around the venue, and guests may also use the parking garage located at Mulberry & 5th Avenue (422 Walnut St, Des Moines, IA 50309). The garage rate is $1 per hour.

What’s the schedule for the evening?

Answer

We’ll start with cocktail hour from 5–6 PM, followed by our dinner reception right after. Everything takes place in the same location, so no need to travel between spaces.

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly invite our guests to dress up with us for the celebration. For men, dress pants paired with a nice top or a button‑down shirt are appropriate. For women, dresses, jumpsuits, or a blouse with tailored pants are all lovely options.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus‑one, it will be listed on your invite. We’re keeping our celebration small, so we’re only able to accommodate the guests named on each invitation.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes, we have a cash fund and a honeymoon fund for anyone who would like to contribute. Your presence truly means the most to us.

Is there a hotel block if I want to stay overnight?

Answer

If you’d like to make a night out of it, we have a hotel block available for our guests. All details are listed under the “Travel” tab on our website. Please book your room by July 10 to receive the group rate.

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by July 1st, it will be marked as "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue & vendors in the timely manner they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
