Good ole technology helped us meet. Although online dating has its ups and downs we were lucky to have found each other. This wedding however is not sponsored by any dating apps (use at your own discretion).

After chatting a bit online, we decided it was time to meet in real life. Nothing like Italian food for a first date. We didn't expect a bridal shower to be happening at the same time, but maybe that was foreshadowing for the future....

We explored Vermont after 5 months of dating. We really wanted to see the foliage and decided to look for trails near Waterbury. We had some trouble finding the hiking trail (there's not good reception in VT), but luckily we managed to find this beautiful spot! (see picture below) We won't forget the apple cider/apple cider donuts, Stowe, and Robb Family Farms (yes, the GPS still tells us how many miles to go).

Okay, it wasn't exactly a year of us dating, but close enough. April 2024 we decided to go on an international trip to push us past our comfort zone. Nothing like jet lag and endless walking to put a couple through the test. We luckily survived, learned plenty of history, and even got to explore like the locals when we ventured to Peacock Island.
