Many have asked about the attire. Dressy Casual, the reception will be indoors so don’t worry about being sweaty all evening 😊
Men:
Dress pants & shirts (dressy linen attire is ok and preferred)
No White top
No shorts
No sneakers
No sandals
No jeans
Women:
Evening dress or cocktail dress (pls no dresses that are dominant in white)
No sneakers

One more thing. As of Oct 1st, there are still COVID requirements to enter the island. Summary of what is needed:

1) Need to complete an Electronic Authorization form 72 hours before your arrival via the below website https://stmaartenehas.com/travel-requirements/ 2) Before applying, you will need to purchase St. Maarten COVID insurance via the website above. This is $15 per person. All travelers need this insurance (even kids and infants) Kids under 3 are free but you still need to apply for it. 3) Before applying, you will need to upload proof of vaccination. If not vaccinated, you need to upload a rapid negative test 24 hours before 4) Once you have the above 2 items, you can apply, and approval will be sent to you within 24 hours. You will need to show this to your airlines upon departure and to immigration upon arrival
