Think semi-formal/cocktail with fall flair! Maybe add a cozy wrap or jacket since we’ll be surrounded by beautiful mountain air. The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), so plan for cool autumn temps.
Yes! Stroudsmoor has plenty of on-site parking, and attendants will be there to guide you when you arrive. If you are staying at the Holiday Inn Express with our hotel block there will be a shuttle that starts running two hours before the ceremony and two hours after to ensure everyone arrives and departs safely, we highly encourage use of the shuttle!
We love your little ones, but we’re keeping this celebration adults-only; so everyone can relax and enjoy the night. But tell the kids, and your dogs we said hi!
Stroudsmoor Country Inn offers cozy on-site rooms and cottages at a first come first serve basis, and we have set up a hotel block at the nearby Holiday Inn. The room block link can be found on the accommodations page.
If you’re staying on-site at Stroudsmoor, you’re all set, there is minimal (walkable) travel to and from your room to the venue. For guests staying elsewhere, there will be a shuttle that fits 18 passengers that will run consistent loops starting one hour before the ceremony and two hours after reception ends. If you arrive at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn prior to 4:00 please stay in the Main Inn, as the bride and groom will be doing first look at the Woodsgate ceremony location.
