How to get to Bursa from Istanbul?

You can also take the ferry from Istanbul to Bursa using this link: https://www.ido.com.tr/en Or there are multiple bus companies that go to Bursa from Istanbul. You can contact Anil for planning.

Should I book my whole trip in Bursa?

If you are planning on shopping and sightseeing we recommend you divide your trip between Istanbul and Bursa. Bursa is a big city but Istanbul is the main attraction point of Turkey. Traffic is a big issue in Istanbul, that's why we don't recommend daily trips from Bursa.

No, don't have a registry. Traditionally, during Turkish weddings guests give a gold coin to the couple. You will see a lot of jewelry shops that sell these gold coins. You can bring one with you to the wedding if you want.
