When can I check into the hotel?

Answer

Check-in for the hotel is 3 pm, no earlier. We suggest getting a room for Friday and Saturday due to the ceremony starting at 4 pm.

If I check into the hotel on Saturday will that be enough time to get ready and ride the shuttle over?

Answer

We suggest either coming already ready to go so you can hop on the shuttle right away, or driving to the venue and leaving your vehicle there overnight. The hotel is 15 minutes from the venue and can not guarantee getting to the venue on time for the ceremony since the check-in is at 3 pm.

When is the cut off to book my hotel room with the discount?

You must have your room booked by September 23rd to get the discount using our wedding code or the link provided on the invite.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request all guests wear formal attire, midi and floor-length dresses for women, and button-up shirts with nice dress pants for men. Dress to impress!

Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

How can I get to my hotel if I'm too drunky poo?

Answer

There is a shuttle bus that will come 3 times throughout the night to bring people back to the hotel... You can leave your vehicle overnight, but you have to pick it up by 9 am the next morning.

Is there available parking?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of space for everyone to park in the parking lot in front of the venue.

When does the shuttle come and how will I know?

Answer

The DJ will make announcements when the shuttle is at the venue. The shuttle will come X and X, and then for the last call at 11:30 pm.
