FAQs

The Wedding Website of Elizabeth Yovich and Garrett Pan
Question

When and where do I RSVP?

Answer

We will be sending out formal invitations with instructions on how to RSVP via mail in early 2025. We will be collecting RSVPs online through this website – if you do not receive your invitation by April 2025, please reach out to us!

Question

What if I’m not able to attend?

Answer

You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please let us know or RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I bring a date or a plus-one?

Answer

We are looking forward to celebrating with so many of our family, friends, and loved ones, and our venue is only able to accommodate a certain number of people. For that reason, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed on your wedding invitation.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

Question

Are pets welcome?

Answer

While we love our furry friends, our wedding venue is not pet-friendly. If you have a service animal, please contact Elizabeth or Garrett so we can discuss available options.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is present enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we’ve created an online registry that you can access on this website under the "Registry" section. Please note that several gifts are listed as "group gifts", which simply means you can make a contribution to the overall cost of the item!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception is cocktail attire. For women we recommend cocktail dresses of any length, dressy jumpsuits, or dressy skirts and tops. For men, we recommend slacks and jackets – ties are optional!

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Autumn in Estes Park is an absolutely beautiful time of year. While we can’t predict the weather, you can generally expect mild to warm temperatures during the day (55 - 70° F), with cooler temperatures when the sun goes down. As with any Colorado mountain town, the weather can change quickly, so layers and wraps are recommended to stay comfortable!

Question

Are the wedding events indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place indoors. Our venue has plenty of outdoor areas to help you enjoy the crisp Colorado mountain air and beautiful views if you want to!

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Guests who are staying at the Stanley Hotel can park for free on the hotel grounds. For daily visitors to the Stanley Hotel, there is a $10 fee for parking. There is a trolley service available from the Estes Park Visitors Center (about 1 mile away), with plenty of free parking available there.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Doors to the ceremony venue will not open until 4:00 PM, and our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please arrive with plenty of time to get parked and seated before we begin - you can even spend a few minutes exploring the grounds of The Stanley before we get started!

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

While we love a good selfie, we do ask that you refrain from taking your own photos during the ceremony. We have an incredible photographer who will capture every moment for you. During the cocktail hour and reception, please take as many photos as you would like! We will share a QR code where you can share your photos with us as well.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, alongside your RSVP is the option to note any allergies, intolerances or other dietary restrictions.

Question

Who can I contact with additional questions?

Answer

Please reach out to Elizabeth or Garrett with any questions!
