Amanda and Greg met shortly after Amanda moved to Maryland in the summer of 2018. Both of them were on the dating apps and their profiles piqued their interest. After a couple weeks of messages they decided to meet up for their first date. It was at a bar and grill in Crofton, MD. The idea was to go for a drink and if they liked each other they could order food and stay a while longer. That first date was just a couple hours long but Amanda gave Greg her phone number with the hope for them to have a second date.
