Things To Do

We’re so excited to celebrate with you in Philly! If you have some extra time while you’re in town, here are a few ways to explore Philadelphia:

Reading Terminal Market

A must-do Philly classic, indoor market with tons of local vendors serving everything from roast beef sandwiches, specialty pretzels, donuts, and coffee.

Cheesesteak Tour of Philadelphia

Our favorite is Angelo’s, we recommend calling ahead if you can get through! A close second favorite is Uncle Gus’ in Reading Terminal Market (see above). If you head to Old City for site-seeing—go to Oh Brother. **DO NOT GO TO PAT’S OR GENO’S (EEEYUCK)

Old City + Historic District

Explore the cobblestone streets and historic landmarks like Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. Old City has a great mix of history, restaurants, and local shops.

Philadelphia Museum of Art & the Parkway

Even if you don’t go inside the Art Museum, the walk up the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and a picture on the “Rocky Steps” is worth it.

Rittenhouse Square

A great spot to stroll, shop and grab breakfast. For grab and go, try La Colombe or Spread Bagelry. For brunch, try The Dandelion, Parc, Borromini, Mission Taqueria.

Northern Liberties

We love our neighborhood! Take a walk up and down 2nd street--make sure you go to El Camino for the best (and strongest) margaritas.
