Please plan to arrive at the venue by 3:30 p.m. to allow ample time for parking and finding your way to the outdoor ceremony space. Enter in the main entrance of the hotel and you will be directed to the ceremony location. ***Ceremony will be held outdoors. Social/cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.*** Ceremony: 4:00-4:30 Social/Cocktail Hour: 4:30-5:30 Reception: 5:30-11:30 (Dinner served @6:00)
