Hi, I'm Sophia! For those of you who do not know me I love all things arts, antiques, Jesus, and outdoors (except for the pollen). Currently, I am studying all things wedding in hopes of having the best wedding ever for me and Michael. Michael and I first met in January of 2023, when he started working at National Fitness Center Childcare with me. Even though we remained friends for a bit longer than Michael might have hoped, it was all in God's timing. I am so incredibly excited to marry my dearest friend (no offense to my lovely bridesmaids) and start the next chapter of our lives together as The Crowes!!

Hello, my name is Michael and I am currently serving in The United States Army. I have a passion for always bettering myself and cherishing the time spent with friends and loved ones. My journey took an interesting turn when I started working at NFC (National Fitness Center), where I met Sophia, my soon-to-be bride. Initially, she wasn't too fond of me, but as time passed, we developed a bond that blossomed into the friendship and a love I had always prayed for. I will always strive to be the best (future) husband I can be and cannot wait to start a kind, strong, and God-fearing family with Sophia.

Hi, I’m Medb! (pronounced Mave) I’m a student at Wake Forest University, majoring in applied mathematics. I went to Bearden High School, but I met Sophia at our church, First Baptist Concord, and I’ve known her what feels like my whole life. She day one fo real. I met Michael last summer at NFC (National Fitness Center) through Sophia, but don’t worry, I had heard all the stories of him prior. He’s cool though, I’m basically Michael 2.0!

Hi, I'm Trevor. I am a student at The University of Tennessee studying Public Administration. I enjoy playing the drums and disc golf. I first met Sophia when we both started working at NFC (National Fitness Center) childcare. A little while later I met Michael when he also started working at NFC. Ever since then we’ve all been close friends.

Sophia and I have always gone to the same church and we were in the same small group in high school. She is my travel bestie - we have travelled the world together on church trips such as Canada, Washington D.C., Florida, Uganda (twice), Europe, and more!

I’m Luke and I’m a student at Pellissippi State working on a certificate in Psychology. I’m looking to transfer to Tennessee Wesleyan in the spring to complete my degree. I went to CAK (Christian Academy of Knoxville) with Sophia and became friends with her in high school. I met Michael when he started working at NFC (National Fitness Center) with us, and we’ve been friends since.

I’m Mary, I am a junior at the University of Tennessee and am studying child and family services. I first met Sophia at NFC (National Fitness Center) however we began becoming closer through classes together at Pellissippi. After many hours of homework and working we started working out together and during that met Michael one night…and the rest is history!

Hey, my name is Sharif. I met Sophia and Michael through work. During that time, I had good memories with both of them. I’m majoring in Kinesiology to pursue a career in Physical therapy later on in the future. My hobbies are playing pickleball, fishing and working out.

Hi, I’m Hannah, and I am a student at the University of Tennessee in the nursing program. I love music and all things outdoors! I went to CAK (Christian Academy of Knoxville) with Sophia for practically all my life, but never really got the chance to get closer until we ended up being in the same chemistry class in college!! When we are hanging out, we spend most of our time at the gym trying (and failing) to get better at rock climbing than Michael.

I’m Karsten Bartran, I’m 19 years old and I am in the Mississippi Army National Guard, I grew up racing motocross and then joined the Army after graduating high school where I then met my best friend Micheal. Since the day we met, it’s been a friendship like no other.

My name is Emma. I am a sophomore at Eastern Kentucky University where I play softball at. I am studying business finance. I met Sophia when I began school at CAK (Christian Academy of Knoxville) our freshman year. We began getting close when we ended up having multiple classes together and since freshman year we have been together.I especially love all our trips to Gatlinburg together even thought we got stuck in the snow once.

I’m Hunter, I’m about to be a freshman at MTSU. I want to get a bachelor’s degree in Biology, and then go to med school. Once in med school I would like to work on becoming an Anesthesiologist. My hobbies are wrestling and working out. I met Michael through wrestling, and I met Sophia through working at National Fitness Center.
