We met at the OU Texas basketball game with some of our friends. After the game, the whole group went and played basketball together. We started playing and Brooke thought that Jake was funny and cute. After this, we started hanging out together. According to Jake, I knocked him off his feet with my mad basketball skills and charming good looks.

We were playing White Elephant with some of our friends. After the game, Jake said, "Wait, there is one more present." Jake then went to his stocking, grabbed the ring, and asked me to marry him. After much deliberation, I said yes.
