We're Getting Married!

Meeting during a pandemic isn't easy...but somehow we managed to find each other! We met online, started chatting back and forth, and shortly after decided to meet in person. It wasn't long before we knew this was something special.

We decided to take a trip up to Jen's favorite place, Washington Island, for the July 4th holiday. After settling into our campsite we decided to start exploring the island. We enjoyed a picnic lunch by the mountain tower (which was sadly closed) then checked out Schoolhouse beach and ventured on to the Lavender fields. We found some chairs and enjoyed the sunshine and lavender all around us. Ian suggested we walk through the fields and Jen knew something was up. After walking the entire perimeter of the lavender farm we ended up back in the gazebo where Ian got down on one knee and asked "will you marry me?". It was simple and sweet and the perfect moment for both of us!
