Where should I stay?

Answer

A block of rooms has been reserved at Hilton Garden Inn on Suncoast Parkway at a discounted rate. Please book by APRIL 29, 2027 using the code provided or by mentioning the Young & Ayers wedding. For guests staying at Hilton Garden Inn on Suncoast Parkway, a shuttle will be provided to and from the wedding. Alternatively, a block of rooms has been reserved at Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Wesley-Chapel. Please book by APRIL 9, 2027 using the code provided or by mentioning the Young & Ayers wedding. Transportation will not be provided to and from the venue. Please utilize Uber/Lyft or carpool.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We are happy to celebrate with you and your children. Please be advised that we will be next to Lake Padgett with easy access to the water, so please keep small children close to you.

Can I bring a date?

Due to the limited space we have at our reception venue, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

When do I have to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 31, 2027 to ensure your seat and meal.

Are there any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options?

We are happy to accommodate any dietary needs for all of our guests. We ask that you please let us know what your dietary restrictions are at the time of your RSVP.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. Folks who’d like to wear a dress can wear sundresses or lightweight separates. Dressy flats or comfortable heels are welcome. Alternatively, guests can wear a light dress shirt with khakis or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties are optional. Please, no athletic wear. All that to say, at the end of the day we are just happy for you to be there don’t stress too much about your outfit!

Will last names be changing after the wedding?

Yes, we will be Jordan and Ashley Ayers after the ceremony.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones during the wedding?

Answer

We’d absolutely love to see the day through your eyes! Please be advised that we do have a photographer and would like to prioritize their photos. Please be mindful to not walk in the aisle or get in their way.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our venue is entirely outdoors with an open-air pavilion. Please keep this in consideration and dress accordingly for Florida weather. Handheld fans and bug spray will be provided.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you are considering a gift, we would be grateful for a contribution towards our honeymoon.

Knotted Roots on the Lake offers limited parking. We strongly encourage utilizing the shuttle, Uber/Lyft, or carpooling.
