We swiped right! As most love stories unfold nowadays, Tinder was the beginning of ours. It wasnt until a few months down the road (and a few snapchats later) we would take the relationship a little further and finally go out on our first date. On a beautiful Sunday afternoon in September, we tried to go see a movie but the first showing was sold out. To kill sometime as we waitied for the next showing we ended up at the closest restaurant we could find, wait for it, Hooters. From our first date, we never stopped sharing in the laughs, unexpected adventures and most importantly the love between us. As they say, the rest is history!

Michael spent weeks tricking me into thinking he had a work party at the 1 Hotel in downtown Brooklyn on October, 13th 2018. As the day approached I was running late as usually and never saw Michael more stressed than the car ride into Dumbo. As we parked Michael said lets meet the rest of group at the Janes Carousel before walking over. As we walked inside the carousel it was only us and I heard our song “Can’t Take my Eyes off of you” playing on the loud speaker. This is when i completely blanked out from shock and watched Michael get down on one knee. As I finally grasped my breath, I gave the answer that i waited so long to give, YES! Michael hired photographers to capture this special moment and we shared in some intimates moments after before riding back to his parents house. When we arrived at the house he surpirsed me with our family and friends to celebrate and drink champange of course! It was absolutely perfect!
