Our story began long before either of us realized it. We first met in 4th grade, where we were classmates for part of the year. We then went on to attend the same middle school, though we rarely crossed paths. Life kept us close enough to remember each other, but far enough to grow on our own.

Fast forward to June 2023, a simple “happy birthday” message on Instagram changed everything. One DM turned into a conversation, which turned into exchanging numbers. He almost gave up after a few times which I took too long to respond to his text, but thankfully he didn't because once we finally met, the rest was history. We planned our first meet up. No pressure, just a walk in Brookville park. We talked for over an hour and before the date ended, we agreed to see each other again.

When We Fell In Love

Somewhere in those early moments, things shifted. I realized I was falling in love one evening in November. I was upset about something, I don’t even remember what, and after walking me to my door like the gentleman he’d been from day one, he gently asked if we could take a walk. He didn’t rush me, didn’t force conversation. He gave me space until I was ready to speak. In that silence, I felt safe, understood, and deeply seen. That was the moment I knew I loved him. ~Tiara It was a chilly night in the winter and I was getting over a minor cold. While hanging out in the car, my nose started running frequently. I guess I wasn't wiping my nose well enough to her liking, because after one sniffle too many she decided to clean me up herself. I was caught off guard, and truthfully, a bit grossed out that she would be willing to do that. But at the same time, I realized in that moment the type of woman I have. Someone who displays that selfless care and unconditional love befitting of my wife. ~ Brandon

The Proposal
Answer
The proposal was thoughtful, meaningful, and completely unexpected. He had me convinced we were spending the afternoon promoting his business (IMPRESS Supplementary Program) by handing out flyers to local schools. Instead, he led me to the park behind our old elementary school, where it all began. He would then explain that very day, Thursday September 4th, was twenty-two year anniversary of the day our paths first crossed. He then said my name, shared his heart, and asked me to spend forever with him. I teared up, overwhelmed and overjoyed. Later, we walked into a surprise dinner filled with family and friends. ~ Tiara

Answer
We know marriage won’t always be perfect, but with Christ at the center, we believe we will overcome anything hand-in-hand. We look forward to building a family, creating memories, growing together, and choosing each other every day til death do us part.
