Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4pm, we recommend you aim to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and take your seat. You can be seated as early as 3:30pm. Please plan to be seated by 3:55pm. If you arrive after 4pm, you will not be able to be seated for the ceremony.
Yes! There is plenty of parking at Creekside Acres. However, if you are planning on taking advantage of the open bar, we suggest getting a hotel and using the free shuttle bus. Any cars left at Creekside overnight will be towed if not retrieved by 9am Sunday morning.
Yes! We have organized a shuttle bus to take guests to & from the Fairfield Inn to Creekside - hotel location can be found on the "Hotels" page. There will be two shuttles leaving the hotel that go to the venue: 2:50pm and 3:25pm The shuttle will begin picking up to the venue beginning at 3pm and run on a loop until 3:35pm. It is a 20 minute drive from the hotel to the venue. It will then pickup from the venue and drop off to the hotel beginning at 8pm and running until 11:30pm.
Pending weather, the ceremony will be taking place outdoors, with cocktail hour & the reception being a combination of indoor and outdoor. The ceremony space will be on grass. Ladies who are concerned about heels sinking in the grass may want to consider either a block heel or flats.
Our dress code is Semi-Formal or Cocktail Attire. We suggest men wear a suit, or dress pants with a dress shirt and tie. For the women, we suggest a mid-length or maxi dress. The grass is soft, so ladies, rethink the stilettos! Please, no jeans. During the ceremony, we are asking that your phone and camera are put away. We have hired an incredible professional photographer to capture our special moments. During the reception, we strongly encourage you to snap away and share the memories with us! Be on the lookout for QR codes on your tables and throughout the reception hall for access to our Disposable Camera app that we will be using (no app download required)!
Cocktail hour for guests will begin immediately following the ceremony while we take photos as newlyweds and with our family + wedding party. After dinner but before the dance floor opens up, we will be doing a "Photo Dash" where we're asking everyone to come up to our Sweetheart Table and take an individual professional picture with us!
Is the sky blue? It wouldn't be a Rogers-Hill wedding without an open bar! Wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us! 💜
