PLEASE READ: Parking can be tough around Lincoln Park. We recommend Lyft/Uber if possible! If you plan on driving, plan on getting there at 11:30am so you have ample time to park and walk to the Honeycomb. The Honeycomb is located on the south end of Lincoln Park Zoo, on the south side of the lagoon's bridge. Street parking is free if you can find it, otherwise there is a parking lot located on the east side of the zoo. If you park in that parking lot, drive all the way down until you see the statue of Ulysses S. Grant on the horse. We have attached a map on this page.

Time Between Events

Here are some recommendations of what you can do between the Ceremony and Reception other than going back to the hotel! Cafe Brauer: Located steps away from the ceremony. Casual place for drinks and lunch. The J Parker: Rooftop Bar with great views of the city. Good place for appetizers and drinks, located across the street from Lincoln Park. The River Walk: Located downtown, close to hotels and Gibson's. If the weather is nice, it is worth taking the scenic walk.
Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Reception will be a fun night of music, drinks and food. It will be open bar with heavy passed appetizers, a carving station and mixture of large plates (Italian style buffett if you will). If you booked one of the recommended hotels, it is within a walking distance. The restaurant does offer Valet Parking, and there is meter parking on the street. The reception will be on the Rooftop: weather permitting, it will be fully open.
