Hotel
There is a group rate available if reserving through the link here from 12/29-1/3. If you plan on arriving before those dates or staying past them please call the hotel directly and let them know you are with “The Hurtado Wedding” group and they will honor the rate for your full stay. This hotel will have a shuttle bus to the reception and back at the end of the night. Guests will be responsible for their own transport to and from the church for the ceremony.
Hotel
This hotel does not have a reserved room block or discount rate but is priced similar to our other hotel option. The property is located next to the Residence Inn which will have a shuttle running to and from the reception venue. If planning to take the shuttle you will need to walk over to the Residence Inn. More info on shuttle transport can be found further down the travel page. Please note that there will NOT be a shuttle from the hotels to the ceremony at the church, this is about a 10 minute drive and you will have time after the ceremony to return to the hotel before shuttle services begin.

If you plan to stay at an Air BnB or other rental home please note that transportation will not be provided to that location like the hotel has. Please refer to the event details to view the locations of the ceremony and reception when looking for a location for your rental and note that there are very few Uber/Lyft drivers in the area.

Shuttle

The travel time from the Residence Inn in The Woodlands to The Farmhouse is approximately 45 min one way. The shuttle will pick up from and drop off at the Residence Inn (on Six Pines Dr.) ONLY. If you are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, there is a sidewalk to get to to the Residence Inn, they are right next to each other. Shuttle Departure from Residence Inn to Farmhouse: 3:20p -The shuttle will arrive at 3p, to ensure you have a ride, arrive as close to 3p as possible to get on board. If you miss the shuttle will do one more “in case of emergency” run and should be picking up around 5pm. Shuttle Departures from The Farmhouse to Residence Inn: 8p 10p 12:15a -The last shuttle from The Farmhouse to the hotel will wait for go ahead from staff to depart once everyone is assumed to be on board. To ensure you are not left behind, please try to board ASAP after midnight toast. For anyone leaving a car at The Farmhouse overnight, you must pick up your car by noon the following day.
