Welcome Party

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Dressy Casual. Men: Polo shirts or button-down shirts with khakis or slacks. Jackets are optional, and loafers or dress shoes are recommended. Women: A sundress, dressy top with a skirt or slacks, or a stylish jumpsuit. Heels, flats, or dressy sandals are appropriate.

Wedding

5:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Black Tie Optional. Men: A tuxedo is welcome, but a dark suit and tie are perfectly acceptable. Women: A long evening gown, a formal cocktail dress, or dressy separates. Footwear & Accessories: Polished, elegant attire is encouraged but not required.

Shuttles will leave from the Fairmont promptly at 4:30 and 5:00. Please make your way inside the Great Hall for the ceremony. Cocktail hour will be on the first floor of the museum. The reception will be outside under a tent on the patio of the museum. Shuttles will bring guests back to the Fairmont on a fixed schedule starting at 10:00 PM.

Brunch

9:30 am - 12:30 pm

Casual, comfortable attire. Please leave your pajamas in the hotel.
